CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING

Returns

We have a 30-day return request window, which means you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return or refund.

To start a return, please contact us at support@hellohomii.com with your order number and reason for return.
Do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return instructions and the return address will be provided only after your return request is approved.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A full or partial refund

  • No return required


Return Eligibility

Items must be returned in unused condition and in original packaging only if a return is required and approved.
In some cases, returns may not be necessary, and refunds may be issued without requiring the item to be sent back.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products once opened

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Gift cards

Sale items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Refunds

Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order after your return request is approved.
